Form is a type of printing products, containing basic information and structure to fill out.

Product Features

The most common kind of forms is company letterhead. As a rule, this type of printing product is divided into three categories. The first category is letterhead (contains the logo and all the necessary information about the company or customer). The second category is accounting or reporting form with template fields to fill out. The third category is a questionnaire, containing a list of questions, the answers to which are entered in the fields reserved for this.

All the necessary data can be entered into the forms during production or by the customer independently in the fields provided for this purpose in advance.

The degree of protection and authenticity control, if necessary, can be chosen at the request of the customer when discussing this order with our manager.

Printing of letterheads is required as part of documentation branding – invoices, bills and orders printed on letterheads in some cases are strongly demanded by the clients.

Depending on the format and number of forms, you can choose different print options. For example, digital printing works well for small print runs and fast order performance. For large print runs, you should give preference to offset printing, which, however, is slower.

Minimum order: 50 pcs.

Available formats (sizes): any selected by the customer (as a rule this is A4 format).

Information necessary for performing the order: format, print run, type of material, colors, need for additional operations on coating, personalization, etc.

Special features: selective varnishing, die cutting of any shape, embossing, stamping, foiling and perforation.

Lead time after layout approval: 3-72 hours *.
